要:纯水液压传动是液压传动的重要发展方向。使用纯水液压传动具有环境友好、成本低廉、污染较小等优越性,但是使用纯水液压传动也存在许多问题,比如密封与润滑、磨损、腐蚀、气蚀等,这些问题限制了纯水液压传动的使用和推广,本文指出了解决纯水液压传动存在问题的研究方向:即进行纯水液压元件的材料选择和元件的结构设计。

Abstract: Hydraulic transmission with purified water is an important development of the hydraulic transmission. Using hydraulic transmission with purified water has the Superiority of friendly environment, low cost, smaller pollution and so on, But Using hydraulic transmission with purified water also exists many problems, such as sealing and lubricating, wearing, corroding, cavitation, etc. These problems limited the use and promotion of hydraulic transmission with purified water. This article points out the research direction of solving the problems which exist in hydraulic transmission with purified water: namely is choosing materials and designing structure of hydraulic components.

解读MAG CINCINNATI关于机床用液压油等P系列规格

要:MAG CINCINNATI为国际知名的机床设备制造商,他们在制造设备的同时,制定了机床用液压油等系列油品规格。本文就MAG CINCINNATI关于机床液压油、液压导轨油、导轨油规格分类、不同规格间的差异、MAG CINCINNATI规格中的关键试验(热稳定性试验)及油品维护等方面内容做了分析,同时对我国某品牌的液压油在MAG CINCINNATI所做的试验结果及试验结果对此规格的符合性做了分析。为机床用户正确选择和使用液压油提供借鉴。

Reading the Hydraulic Oil P Series Specification for Machine Tools of MAG CINCINNATI

Abstract: MAG CINCINNATI is one of the most famous machine tools OEM in the world. Besides making the machine tools, they also have the hydraulic oil and way oil specifications for machine tools. This paper tells us the main properties and the key test about the oil and gives some examples about how some brand oils meet the specifications. Moreover, the paper tells the cleanliness code demands for the hydraulic system and the demands about the oil adding and changing in order to help the customers to protect the machines well.

电液比例柱塞泵控制仿真分析

基于CFD的液压锥阀动态和静态性能研究

要:对液压锥阀的内部流场采用CFDComputational Fluid Dynamics)方法进行数值模拟,通过移动网格技术,研究锥角大小和阀芯圆周直径以及同一调定压力下不同额定流量对锥阀芯静态和动态性能的影响,其次计算了阀口倒角对锥阀性能的影响。结果表明:阀芯圆周直径B值对锥阀动、静态特性有较大影响,当B=15mm时,锥阀的动、静态性能都较好,且对于同一种阀芯结构,随着额定流量的增加,锥阀的静态调压偏差增大,即开启比降低,而合适的阀口倒角长度可以有效提高锥阀的开启比5%左右。

Research on Hydraulic Poppet Valve’s Static and Transient Properties Based on CFD

Abstract: This paper adopts the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics and moving grid to simulate the flow field in hydraulic poppet valve, First, we researched the effects of cone, circumference diameter and also the different rated flow on the poppet valve’s Static and Transient properties, An then, we calculated the influence of chamfer length on poppet valve’s properties. The result shows: The value of circumference diameter has great influence on poppet valve’s Transient and Static properties, when circumference diameter is 15mm, both the Static and Transient properties are better, What’s more, For the identical poppet valve structure, the more rated flow is, the more inferior the Static property is, however, a suitable chamfer length can increase the unlock ratio by about 5%.

Hydraulic-mechanical Coupling Simulation Analysis of Rescue Robot Arm

Abstract Hydraulic loops of the driving cylinders of a rescue robot arm were designed and simplified, hydraulic-mechanical coupling virtual prototyping model was established with ADAMS, simulation about a whole working process was carried out. Cylinder lengths, movement speeds and cylinder forces was obtained. The results can provide theoretical basis for the improvement of the hydraulic system.

基于CFD的锥直喷嘴的过渡圆弧优化分析

要:利用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对高压磨料水射流系统的喷嘴内外流场进行了两相流的数值模拟。比较分析了不同的过渡圆弧半径对流场的影响。并对可视化的图形图像和计算结果进行了分析研究,结果表明,锥直喷嘴的过渡圆弧半径为80mm左右时流场效果较好。这为喷枪的进一步设计和改造提供了理论依据。

Simulation of Tapered Spray Gun’s Infulence on Two Phase Flow with Fluent

Abstract: Application of CFD in analysis of field flow in nozzle of two phase flow. Contrast Analysis on the diffient flow field in the nozzle with different transitional radius. The visualizing pictures and simulation results were analyzed and researched, and its numerical results show that the character of the flow field in the nozzle which has a transitional radius of 80mm is best. The theory basis was offered for the further design and rebuilding of nozzle.

上游泵送机械密封环端面激光加工工艺参数

要:上游泵送机械密封是一种具有环保概念、长寿命、低能耗的高新密封技术,其应用前景将十分广阔。采用Nd:YAG灯泵浦系列脉冲激光进行了上游机械密封端面开槽加工试验,研究了激光加工工艺参数对开槽加工质量的影响。试验研究结果表明,激光电流是影响激光开槽质量的重要因素,对于硬质合金材料,激光电流为14.6A,开槽质量较高,槽深为5.5μm。这为上游泵送机械密封的理论与应用研究奠定一定试验基础。

Technological Parameters in Laser Cutting Process of Upstream Pumping Mechanical Seal

Abstract: Upstream pumping mechanical seal is a kind of high-new seal technology, the features of which is the environmental protection concept, long lifetime, low energy consumption, and its application foreground will be very broad. Spiral grooves in end faces of Upstream pumping mechanical seal were processed by Nd:YAG solid laser. Influences of laser parameters on the quality of spiral grooves were analyzed. Experimental results show that the laser current is an important influent factor on the quality of spiral grooves. For Carbide materials, the laser current is 14.6A, the quality of spiral grooves is good, and the depth of spiral grooves is 5.5μm. The research results are helpful for the production and application of the upstream pumping mechanical seal in the industrialization.

Digital Simulation for an Autoboat-Truck Loading and Unloading Hydraulic System

Abstract: The dynamic model of an autoboat-truck was built, the dynamic analysis of the autoboat-truck’s loading and unloading mechanism was done by ADAMS, a time domain force curve of the main cylinder was acquired, a mathematical model of the autoboad-truck loading and unloading hydraulic system was constructed. Combining with the actual situation, the dynamic characteristics of the autoboad-truck loading and unloading hydraulic system’s simulation analysis was carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The results provide a theoretical foundation for the optimization design and amelioration of the system.

要:为解决冬季精煤运输过程发生冻结、精煤粘结在车厢内壁上造成卸煤困难的问题,需在装车前将防冻液均匀喷洒在列车厢体的内壁及底部,并在精煤进入缓冲仓之际将防冻液喷洒在煤流中,为节约防冻液,要求在两节车厢的间隔处停止喷洒。根据实际工作需求,采用机电液控制方式,由液压系统提供动力源,液压缸驱动大臂控制喷头的升降和回转,采用自动和人工两种控制方式,通过采集车速和输送带煤流重量等状态信息,实现车厢喷洒与缓冲仓煤流喷洒的自动控制,解决了两车厢之间因不停止喷洒而对环境造成污染的问题,节省了人力和大量防冻液,设计和元件选型中,充分考虑了使用环境寒冷、粉尘、湿气大等恶劣条件,使系统可靠工作。

Analysis on Working Principle of Automatic Spray

Electro-Hydraulic Control System of Antifreeze of Coal Train

Abstract: In order to solve troubles during the transportation of fine coals in winter such as freeze and fine coals sticked on the internal walls of compartments, it is necessary to spray antifreeze evenly on the internal wall and bottom of the compartments before coals are loaded on the train and also spray it into fine coal flow while fine coals enter surge bins. In order to save antifreeze, it is required to stop spraying it in the interval between two compartments. In accordance with the accurate working requirement, electro-hydraulic control shall be adopted, hydraulic system shall provide power source, and the lift and rotary of the spray nozzle shall be controlled by the big arm driven by the hydraulic cylinder. Besides, by means of both automatic and manual control methods, the automatic control for the spray of compartments and coal flows in surge bins can be realized, the trouble about the environmental pollution caused by continuous spray between two compartments is solved, and a lot of manpower, antifreeze can be saved through the data like the collected speed of the train and the weight of coal flow on the conveyor etc. Meanwhile, a complete consideration is taken for the application under sever conditions like cold, dust and heavy moisture etc., so that the system can be operated reliably.

要:本文介绍了离心式惯性传感器的结构及工作原理,并依据离心式惯性传感器的性能要求、技术条件和试验大纲以及部队的实际情况,设计了离心式惯性传感器的测试系统, 该系统采用单片机控制技术实现负角加速度产生及调节,并通过相应的传感器将各种激励信号、测量信号反馈到系统,以形成闭环控制,实现测试精度。

Abstract: Construction principle and performance test of centrifugal type inertial sensor is introduced and its test system is designed based on its performance requirement, technical condition, test program and practical situation of the troop. The test system provides and adjusts negative angular acceleration, and receives drive signals and measurement signals from the corresponding sensors, which form a close-loop control to realize the performance test and raise the test accuracy.

Abstract: Hydraulic drive technique has become an indispensible and significant technique for industrial machinery, engineering & construction machinery, and highly sophisticated products of national defense. However, hydraulic drive system has both pressure loss and flow loss, so it causes large power loss, low efficiency and a great deal of energy waste. Based on the analysis of efficiency and energy consumption of hydraulic drive system, this paper proposes several methods for hydraulic drive system to achieve power match and energy conservation.
