潜艇气动发射装置泄放阀调整设计

摘要: 在分析泄放阀技术特点的基础上,通过对泄放阀开启时间和出流面积控制的计算,得出鱼雷发射深度与泄放阀开启时间的变化规律。不同发射深度下,无泡系统的海水回收量,只取决于泄放阀的有效流通面积大小及开启时间的长短,也就是取决于泄放阀通径和小孔放气时间。

the Design and Adjustment of the Submarine Gas Launching Device cut-off Pressure

AbstractThe regularity of the launching depth with the drain valve open time is got based on the calculation of the drain valve open time control. The quantity of the recovery sea water was decided by the drain valve circulation area size and open time in the different launching depth. The ejecting hole is resolved to two parts. The no-bubble system is optimized with the matrix arithmetic.

挖掘机用轴向柱塞泵模态分析

  要:斜盘式柱塞泵广泛地应用于液压挖掘机,利用ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析。讨论了斜盘的受力,螺栓有限元模型的简化,以及无预紧力和有预紧力状态下三种不同接触类型的模态特性,直观定量地显示了泵壳的模态以及振型,为泵的改进以及振动噪声控制等提供理论依据。

Abstract:the swash-plate axial-piston pump modeled with cad is extensively used by hydraulic excavator.Then computing then force applied to the swash by the piston,and discussing the model of the bolt in the FEM.computing the pump model shape with ANSYS Workbench software in two loading condition:with preload of bolt and without preload is used for advcand designing and controling the vibration and nosy.

  要:本文结合国内某大型钢厂两条硅钢连退机组的实际运行情况,对可能造成带钢跑偏的几种原因进行了分析,并着重从以阀控缸为动力元件的纠偏电液位置伺服系统的工作原理着手,通过建立系统数学模型,对该纠偏系统的稳定性和响应速度等动态特性进行分析,得出纠偏系统纠偏能力不足的原因,提出了有效的解决措施。

Analysis of strip off-tracking for ACL and improvement countermeasures

Abstract: On the basis of actual operation of two silicon steel ACL lines in a large steel plant in China, this article studies into several reasons that possibly cause strip off-tracking. It focuses on the working principle of electro-hydraulic position servo steering system driven by valve-controlled cylinders, analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the system such as stability and response speed etc. through system mathematic model established and summarizes the reasons for its imperfection. In response, this article proposes effective countermeasures to solve the imperfection.

一种气泡流量超声波检测系统的研究

A kind of bubble flow ultrasonic detection system research

The use of ultrasound to obtain the parameters of the object measured in seawater, we developed an ultrasonic detection system for bubble flow. 一种新型液气缓冲器能量吸收率的计算

摘要:本文从仿生学的角度提出了一种仿人体心脏器官以及血管管道的液气缓冲器它含有类人体心脏器官的各大油腔和类人体血管循环的橡胶管道,设计出了它的基本结构,分析了它的工作原理,建立了其简单数学模型,并计算出了它的能量吸收率,为液气缓冲器的发展提供了一条新思路并奠定了一定的理论基础。

Calculating the energy absorption rate of a new hydraulic-gas buffer

Abstract: This article offers a kind of hydraulic-gas buffer of imitation of human heart organ and blood vessel from the standpoint of bionics, which contains some oil chambers of imitation of the human heart organ and rubber pipe of imitation of human blood. And it has designed its basic structure, analyzed its work principle, established its simple mathematical model, and calculated its energy absorption rate. It has provides a new way and laid a theoretical foundation for the development of hydraulic-gas buffer.

陶瓷填充聚四氟乙烯密封材料的制备与性能研究

  采用模压烧结工艺制备了陶瓷微粒改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,并对其拉伸强度、压缩回弹性能和蠕变性能做了系统的研究。结果表明,该密封材料具备较好的抗拉强度,优异的压缩回弹性能和较高的抗蠕变松弛性能,可以代替同类进口密封材料应用于食品、化工、石化、造纸和医药工业。

Study of the properties of ceramic particles filled PTFE sealing material

Abstract:Ceramic particles filled PTFE sealing material is developed by die pressing and sintering.The tensile strength ,compressibility recovery and creep relaxation of this material are studied. The results show that this material has excellent tensile strength, fine compressibility recovery and outstanding resistance to creep relaxation, it can replace imported products used in food, chemical, petrochemical, paper and pharmaceutical industries.

关于气动元件流量特性测试系统的研究

  本文论述了气动元件流量特性参数有效截面积S和声速流导C及临界压力b的由来。根据声速放气法和国际标准ISO6358,设计了两种气动元件流量特性测试系统,可以在多种实验条件下迅速方便地完成对气动元件流量特性参数S,C, b值的检测。系统软件采用编程效率高的Labview编写,可供工业应用。

Research on Flow Rate Characteristics Measurement System

for Pneumatic Components

Abstract: In this thesis the origin and definition of effective cross section area S, sonic conductance C and critical pressure ratio b are introduced. According to sonic velocity exhaust method and ISO6358, two flow rate characteristics measurement systems were built which can measure the flow characteristic values C, b, S quickly and easily under different operating conditions. The systems were programmed by Labview, the programming efficiency of Labview was very high, they can be used in industry.

热轧粗轧机高压液压系统回油管爆裂分析

  :近年来,国内一些特大型钢铁公司都相继从国外引进了现代化的热轧带钢生产机组。这些机组的共同之处是都配置了工作压力高、流量大、控制精度高的液压系统,这为生产大压下量、大规格、高精度的板带材提供了必要的设备条件。本文分析了某大型热轧轧机液压回油管路多次爆裂所导致的事故,并提出了解决方法和改进措施。

Improvement of the Pneumatic System For the Ladle

 Turret Accident Rotation

ABSTRACTThe ladle turret accident rotation equipment is an important equipment of the continuous casting machine, which plays a safety role for the production of the CCM. The drive mode is either hydraulic or pneumatic normally. A pneumatic system is used in the round bloom CCM of a big steel company. The disfigurement of this system is analyzed and how it is reformed is described here. A useful and reliable pneumatic system is introduced .

A New Type of Low-Control-Pressure Counterbalance Valve

Abstract: In this paper, the structural characteristics of a new type of hydraulic counterbalance valve is introduced, and the principle of the valve is introduced in detail, through the reasonable simplification of this valve, a static mathematical model of the valve is created, the paper calculate the static characteristics of the valve by MATLAB, and compared with existing counterbalance valve, the results provide theoretical reference for the structure design of the valve.

基于ARM的光电色选系统研究

  要:本文在分析光电色选机工作原理的基础上,设计了基于ARM的色球分选系统以对光电色选机的工作特性及关键参数进行研究,利用计算流体力学的方法通过计算机仿真分析得出了喷嘴外流场的速度分布图,理论分析及实验研究的结果对提高现有光电色选机的性能具有重要意义。

And the distribution maps of flow velocity out the nozzle had been obtained by using computer based on the CFD method. The experimental results are very important to improve the Photoelectric color sorting machine’s performance.

利用CPK制成指数对径向沟槽加工专用刀具性能分析

摘要:本文通过对工件的径向沟槽测量结果统计,对新近研发的能够安装在立式钻床上的液压径向进给专用刀具加工性能进行CPK制成指数分析。证明了这种刀具适用于加工轴向孔内的径向沟槽。它能够保证沟槽与中心的同轴度及沟槽精度,操作简单,快捷,适用于批量生产。

Abstrat:Base on the statistic of measured data for  the processed  radial –groove,this paper analysis the processability of a new radial groove special processing-tool which may be equipped on the upright drill by use of made-index CPK.The CPK results prove this tool   is suitable for  processing radial groove in axial aperture with high coaxiality, simple and quick operation.And suitlble for the workpiece of batch production.

一种高压充气电磁阀及自密封机构的开发设计

摘要:本文通过一例实际应用的结构,探讨在高压充气设备中使用的电磁阀及自密封机构的寿命问题,通过合理的结构设计,保证满足实际的使用要求前提下,提高使用寿命,降低维护成本,使整个系统运行稳定、可靠。

关键词: 高压充气,自密封,长寿命,低压驱动,端面密封。

A Design of High Pressure Valves and Self-sealed Machine

Abstract: This article describe a structure for using in machine. Discussed the life of electric valves and self-sealed structure in high pressure feeding machine. Through logical designed, ensured practically using, increased life, reduced the maintenance costs , and make the whole system run reliably.
