带补偿节流器的电液伺服阀特性分析

Analysis of Electro-hydraulic Servovalve with a Compensative Restrictors

Abstract: The characteristics and structure of electro-hydraulic servovalve with compensative restrictors are analyzed. A pair of compensative restrictors is added in the cavity on both ends of main spool of two stage servovalve to adjust its dynamic characteristics. The transfer function model of this valve is got, and the influence of these compensative restrictors to electro-hydraulic servovalve is analyzed.

Analysis of  an High-pressure High Flow Pneumatic Solenoid Valve’s Reliability

Abstract: In this paper, focused on a kind of the pneumatic solenoid valve with high-pressure and large flow-rate, the chattering and the total leakage of the valve in the applications have been analyzed by the traditional lumped parameter method and CFD methods. Study on the Structure of Valve Plate of Slewing Motor of Hydraulic Excavator

Abstract: Based on flow calculation software STAR-CD, aiming at two kinds of relief groove of valve plate, CFD calculation is carried out in this paper. By comparing the calculation results, it concludes that the structure which sets two holes is better, and the study provides important reference value for the design of valve plate of slewing motor.

新型人造金刚石压机加热系统的设计

 要:设计一套新型金刚石压机交流加热系统,建立了加热系统的模型,详细阐述了恒平均电压、恒有效电压及恒功率三种加热方式的特性及差别,在此基础上选择了恒有效电压交流加热方式。深入分析系统脉冲控制环节和检测环节的原理及特点,采用PI控制器作为控制核心,同时论述了该控制器的参数设计原理及步骤。仿真和实验结果表明,所设计的加热系统具有实时性强、控制精度高、动静态特性优良、易于实现等特点,能较好地满足金刚石生产工艺的要求。

Design of a Novel Heating System for Man-made Diamond Press Machine

Abstract:A novel AC heating system for man-made diamond is introduced and the model of the heating system is established. Three types of AC heating system, including constant power, Constant average voltage and constant root mean square (RMS) voltage AC heating system were analyzed. Finally, constant root mean square (RMS) voltage AC heating system was adopted. The principle and characteristics of the pulse control and detection part were analyzed in depth. The PI controller was used as the control core; meanwhile the principle and steps for controller parameter setting were discussed. Simulation and experiment results show that the suggested heating system has characteristics of good real-time capability, high control precision, favorable dynamic and static behaviors as well as easy realization. It can well meats the technical requirements of diamond synthesizing.

液压泵在系统中的热平衡研究

  :飞机液压泵在液压系统中的热平衡问题已越来越引起重视,通过对液压泵在液压系统中的热平衡概念的明确,热平衡计算公式的推导以及热平衡应用案例的分析,从而说明了在特定工作条件下,提高泵乃至整个液压系统的寿命是以加大泵的回油量,降低泵及系统效率为代价的。因此,为了提高泵及系统的工作效率和寿命,就必须力求改善泵的工作环境和提高摩擦副材料的抗咬合能力。

A Thermal Equilibrium Analysis of the Hydraulic Pump for a Certain

Type of Areoplane in Hydraulic System

Abstract:More and more attention is paid to the thermal equilibrium question of the plane hydraulic in hydraulic system. Based on defining the thermal equilibrium concept of the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system, reducing the calculation formula of the thermal equilibrium and analyzing the applied case of the thermal equilibrium, this paper states that under specific working conditions, increasing the service life of the pump and the whole hydraulic system is realized at the price of enlarging the pump’s oil return volume and reducing the efficiency of the pump and its system. Therefore, in order to improve the work efficiency and the service life of the pump and the system it is necessary to improve working conditions and anti-occlusion power of frictional pair materials.

迷宫密封机理在静压支撑系统中的应用

  要:本文应用Flow3D软件,按照迷宫密封的机理,设置静压支撑中油腔的封油边形式,分析其对静压支撑系统承载能力的影响。得到具有规则形状凹槽的封油边能够提供大的出油液阻,进而可以提高油腔承载能力的结论,且凹槽数量越多,承载能力越大。计算结果对于大尺寸、高速运转的静压支撑系统的设计及油膜工作性能的研究有指导意义。

Application of the Labyrinth Seal Theory on the Hydrostatic Support

Abstract: Oil seal edge of oil chamber in hydrostatic support system is designed on the basis of the labyrinth seal theory by using Flow3D software. It is indicated from results that oil seal edge with regular groove has more resistance and make the carrying capacity be increased. In addition the more number of grooves, the greater carrying capacity. The results are important to the design of large size and high-speed hydrostatic support system and the investigation of oil film’s work properties.

斜盘型轴向柱塞马达柱塞受力分析

  要:液压马达作为液压控制系统主要输出执行元件之一,它的性能对整个系统的性能有着重要的影响,因此对它的性能分析有着重要的意义。柱塞副是轴向柱塞马达中关键的摩擦副之一,该文对斜盘型轴向柱塞马达的柱塞副进行了受力分析。文中建立了柱塞副在不同转角位置时受力分析的数学模型,并针对某一马达进行实例分析,为柱塞副结构优化设计提供了参考。

Forces Analysis of Piston Couple in Swash-plate Axial Piston Motor

Abstract: Hydraulic motor is an important hydraulic component in hydraulic control system, so the analysis of its performance is very important. The piston couple is one of the most important frictional pairs in axial piston motor, this paper studies the forces on the piston couple of swash-plate axial piston motor. It deduces the mathematical model of forces analysis in arbitrary phase of the cylinder, and the forces of a type of axial piston motor are analyzed. And it gives suggestions for structure optimal design of piston couple.

高低压共用式气罐的实验研究

  要:采用高低压分压供气的方式是气动系统节能的重要途径之一。高低压共用式气罐有效的解决了由于分压供气带来的多个气罐体积庞大、使用不便等问题。经过实验验证,高低压共用式气罐能够很好的降低管路压力波动,其效果优于低压管路串联气罐的情况,为气动系统的节能设计提供了参考。

冷轧厂液压系统密封问题改进措施

  要:冷轧厂的液压系统要求运行精度高,且运行压力高,动作频繁。但在设备连续运转一段时间后,液压系统密封元件老化加速,粉尘及磨屑进入系统,对系统形成污染,加速了缸体的磨损,缸体运行产生压力波动,影响正常轧钢。采用进口的特种密封材料,利用高精度的加工方式,改变关键部位的密封结构,解决了液压系统污染及其一系列问题。

  :介绍了一种非恒压网络下二次调节静液传动系统的蓄、释能控制方法及其控制装置,阐述了其蓄、释能工作过程,分析了流量耦联二次调节传动系统和公交汽车并联式液压混合动力传动系统为的结构、工作原理及性能特点,提出了通过对液压蓄能器的控制,可实现能量回收和能量再利用过程的的控制,增大系统的压力工作范围,有利于提高能量的再利用效果和再利用效率。

Storing & Releasing Energy Control on Hydrostatic Transmission System with Secondary

Regulation under Common Pressure Rail

AbstractThe storing & releasing energy control way and its control equipment on hydrostatic transmission system with secondary regulation under variable pressure rail were introduced. The storing & releasing energy process has been expatiated. The structure, the working theory and the characteristics of the flow-coupled transmission system with secondary regulation and the bus parallel connection hybrid transmission system were analyzed. It has come to an conclusion that by controlling the hydraulic accumulator, the control of energy-reclaim and energy-recycle has been realized, the working range of the system pressure has been increased, and the energy-recycle effect and the energy-recycle efficiency have been improved.

新型磁-气控制液位调节阀

  :磁-气控制液位调节阀主要由磁浮子液位计,磁-气控制装置和气动主控阀等组成,适用于高压、防火、防爆等安全需要的场合,根据磁浮子液位高度发出磁-气控制信号,控制气动主控阀开和关,实现容器的自动排液和液位控制。
