限定记忆最小二乘辨识与非对称缸液压系统

要:针对非对称液压缸系统,以PRMS信号为激励信号,对比了普通最小二乘法与限定记忆最小二乘法在开环辨识中的辨识效果。并将限定记忆最小二乘辨识方法所得的辨识模型同实际系统的输出进行了对比和验证,证实了限定记忆最小二乘辨识方法的有效性。

Least Square Identification Method with Restricted Memory and

基于故障树分析的液压系统故障诊断研究

Research on Hydraulic System Fault Diagnosis Based on Fault Tree Analysis

Abstract: This paper introduces the fault tree analysis (FTA) method. Taking Forklift hydraulic system as an example, the fault trees was constructed according to the internal connection among the system and the logical relationship between the parts failure and the system, and based on the fault tree for troubleshooting and diagnosis. This method is simple and intuitive, practical and applied to the hydraulic system fault diagnosis can be achieved satisfactory results.

大直径中空电液伺服马达设计

要:为了避免空心轴电动机的电磁干扰,本文设计了一种仿真转台内框专用的大直径中空电液伺服马达;介绍了大直径中空电液伺服马达的工作原理和设计难点;马达采用特殊的轴肩式结构提高转轴的抗变形能力;前馈与PID控制方法被用于马达的伺服控制。地面实验表明该马达具有良好的抗变形能力、稳定的低速性能和很高的定位精度。

Design of Large-diameter-hollow-shaft Electro-hydraulic Servo Rotary Actuator

Abstract: To avoid the electromagnetic interference of electro servo motors, this paper presented a large-diameter hollow-shaft elec-tro-hydraulic servo actuator for flight motion simulator inner gimbal's motion driving. The motor's working principle and design difficulties were introduced. A special structure was adopted to ensure the high non-deformability of the hollow shaft. PID plus feed forward control algorithm was used for the actuator motion control. Experiment results show that the rotary actuator has enough non-deformability, stable low-speed performance and high positioning accuracy.

基于CFD方法的钻井液锥阀流场模拟及结构分析

要:本文基于计算流体力学方法,采用幂律流变模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型对钻井液锥阀阀口处的内部流场进行数值仿真计算。通过对流场内流线形状、压力和流速的大小及其分布情况进行分析,着重研究了阀芯半锥角、阀芯结构、阀座倒角等对锥阀流场的影响。研究结果对以钻井液作为介质的液压锥阀的设计和优化具有一定的借鉴意义。

Flow Field Simulation and Structural Analysis

of Hydraulic Cone Control Valve for Drilling Fluids Based-on CFD

Abstract: Power-law Rheological model and RNG k-ε turbulence model are used to simulate the Flow Field in Hydraulic Poppet Valve for drilling fluids, which are based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Approach. The effect of structural forms, angle of poppet, and chamfer of valve seat on the flow field within cone valve is investigated emphatically by analyzing the form of stream line, the data and distribution of pressure and velocity. The conclusion may be applied in the designing and optimizing the hydraulic cone valve for drilling fluids.

1100轧机液压压上仿真平台

要:本文在综合考虑伺服阀、液压缸的流量特性、管道的动特性、板带的塑性变形的基础上,建立了两自由度轧机液压压上系统的数学模型。采用位置内环、轧制力外环的控制方式,并分析了前馈控制、监控补偿、弹跳补偿、磨损补偿等不同控制策略下液压系统的动态特性,比较各个控制策略对板带厚度的影响。

一种三位六通阀仿真分析研究

要:采用AMEsim仿真软件建立一种三位六通阀及其所驱动的工作装置的数学模型;开发了Matlab平台的阀口过流面积计算程序;利用两者进行仿真分析,得到了工作装置在不同作业方式下的压力、流量特性。进行了整机测试实验,通过对比,表明模型能表达节流口过流面积匹配关系对工作装置作业特性的影响方式。为三位六通阀的设计提供了一种简便有效的途径。

Study on Simulation Analysis of a Kind of 3 Way 6 Port Hydraulic Valve

AbstractThe model of a kind of 3 way 6 port hydraulic valve and by which the working device is driven are built with AMEsim. And the program to compute the Orifice area is designed with Matlab. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The comparison shows that the simulation results indicate the connection of orifice areas and dynamic characteristic of working device. The simulation can be a convenient way to design the 3 way 6 port hydraulic valve.

基于FPGA电液比例控制器的设计

基于S函数的电液控制系统建模方法的研究

要:本文以Matlab/Simulink平台提供的S函数为核心,提出电液控制系统3个层次的建模方法。底层为基于m函数文件结构的基本算法库,中间层为基于S函数结构的常用元件模型库,最高层为基于Simulink图形化建模环境的系统模型。采用上述3个层次建模方法,使得建模流程标准化、规范化,实现模型库的累积,为建立复杂电液控制系统的仿真模型奠定基础。

基于电动静液作动器虚拟试验仿真平台下的多学科建模技术

要:针对EHA(电动静液作动器)作为多学科复杂产品在单一软件环境下不易精确建模的特点,借助MATLAB/SIMULINK中新增模块库SIMSCAPE的部分功能组件,提出一种新的建模方法。根据虚拟试验仿真系统中控制性能试验的要求,逐步建立控制律、永磁无刷直流电动机、液压系统等各组成部分模型,并进行电动机调速试验和液压系统参数整定。本文主要创新点在于首次在MATLAB下建立完整的机电液复杂产品模型,为虚拟试验系统下一步的模型调用和协同开发提供有力的支撑。仿真试验结论表明,该模型具备良好的各项控制性能指标,基本接近实际物理样机的工作情况。

Multidisciplinary Modeling Technology for Virtual Test and

Simulation Platform of Electro-hydraulic Actuator

AbstractAs a kind of multidisciplinary complex products, it has the features that EHA (Electro-hydraulic Actuator) model is difficult to be established accurately in a single software environment. By using parts of the functional components of the new modular block library SIMSCAPE in MATLAB/SIMULINK, a new modeling Methods was proposed. Under the requirements of control performance test in Virtual Test Simulation System, the models of control philosophy & strategy, permanent magnet brushless DC motor, hydraulic systems and other function components was built. Induction machine drives testing and hydraulic systems parameters adjusting were completed. The major innovation points in this paper are that a complete electro-hydraulic complex products model was the first time established. It provided strong support for the following applying interface to model and collaborative development in Virtual Test System. The results of simulation and test indicated that the model had a good control performance and was basic closed to the real physical prototype.

基于灰色预测补偿的模糊PID在电液伺服系统中的应用研究

要:针对液压伺服系统中存在的时变、不确定性及外界未知干扰等影响,提出了灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制方法。该控制方法是利用少数据、贫信息进行灰色预测补偿建模和预测,对系统不确定部分及外界干扰给与一定程度的估计补偿,并结合模糊规则在线调节PID参数,使系统的控制参数达到优化,克服了系统不确定部分和外界未知干扰的影响。仿真结果表明,灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制可使系统性能得到提高。

Application of Fuzzy PID Control Based on Grey

Abstract: Considering the parameters variabilityuncertaintyinterference of the Electro-hydraulic Servo System, a control method of fuzzy self-regulating PID control based on grey compensatory prediction is introduced. The method takes advantage of grey model which can self-regulate on line and can provide compensation for uncertainty, interference and prediction based on few datesfew information, and meanwhile the method takes advantage of fuzzy reasoning on line to self-regulate PID so that the parameters can be majorized. The simulation test shows that the method can improve the performance and control precision.

航空航天液压泵轴封的动态与静态密封故障研究

要:本文作者针对航空、航天柱塞式液压泵轴封在动态下易发生“粘铜”故障和在静态下漏油故障突出的问题,研制出两种新型轴封材料,即承载力大、抗干磨的含钠米粒子烧结青铜自润滑复合材料及易磨合的烧结青铜减摩材料,并在泵上获得应用。同时,在不改变航天泵轴封结构尺寸和兼顾动、静态密封性能的条件下,研究了密封副材料配对、磨合工艺、磨合图像及表面激光造型等因素对静态密封泄漏量的影响。

Study on Sealing Fails of Rotary Shaft Seal under Static and

Abstract: In accordance with the seal fails in adhesive wear and leakage occurred for rotary shaft seals of aviation & space hydraulic pumps the authors have developed two new types of material that have been used on the pumps, i.e. one type of dry-wear resistant sintering compound material containing nanoparticals, and another antifriction bronze sintering alloy. At the same time, under existing conditions the influences of the factors including material pairs, wear-in processes, wear-in pictures, laser surface texturing on leakage amount of shaft seal under static state have been studied.

Sealing structure is made completely modification on the basis of former structure all company adopted selected new type seal part and introduced fine performance of grease, thus solved difficult sealing problems on planetary reducer's shaft head.

浅谈炼钢厂拉矫机液压装置密封改造

要:拉矫机上拉矫液压缸体温度大约在150°左右,缸体内密封元件老化速度加快产生泄漏,导致拉矫辊对铸坯夹紧力产生波动,影响铸机正常拉钢,采用进口的特种耐高温材料,并利用独特的密封形式,解决了长期困绕拉矫液压缸密封寿命短的问题。

Application of New Style Oil Seal on High-speed Shaft of Reducer

Abstract: Oil seals are wildly used in gearbox for prevent the lubricant from leaking and prevent the dirt enter the gearbox from polluting the lubricant. A good oil seal not only can prolong the life time of the gearbox but also can reduce the downtime and the cost of maintenance. A new style oil seal replace the traditional rubber seal used on the high speed axis. The paper will show its structure and explain the seal principle in the fact in detail. The comparison to the new oil seal and traditional oil seal demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of utilization the new technology on the high speed axis in the gearbox and bearing box.

By analyzing the difficulties and the disadvantages of sealed steel skeleton and advantages of AIG5505 double split and solid double-lock oil seal technology, the factory have decided to taken AIG5505 double split and solid double-lock oil seal technology and has achieved good results.

比例同步液压控制系统在广州“西塔9000kN爬模机”上的应用

要:本文通过对中建三局二公司在广州西塔核心筒爬模机工况的分析,提出爬模机工作平台由三台主升液压缸步进同步实现。爬模机工作平台承载9 000kN。三台主升液压缸相距八米直立分布在等腰三角形的爬模机工作平台的下方,爬模机工作平台无任何导向机构。其步进由每边三条独立横梁通过上下支腿液压缸带动牛腿固定在塔体径向预留孔内。三个自由度要求其速度同步误差小于10mm。对主升液压缸活塞杆上升5m处,其杆端要承受60kN的径向力,以适应结构件的工作平台的变形量。采用常规液压缸设计和常规液压元件组成的同步回路难以满足此工况。按照比例液压阀、比例液压缸和PLC控制可实现工况条件。

Control System of Proportion Synchronous Hydraulic Used in GuangZhou

Abstract: This article analysis on condition of nuclear cob cylinder climbing machine in guangzhou xita, put forward working platform of climbing machine realizate with step synchronization of three stage of main lifting cylinder. Working platform of climbing machine bearing 9 000kN. Three stages of main lifting cylinder apart 8m, vertical distributed in the inferior of working platform which is isosceles triangle. The working platform have no any guide mechanism, it's step fixed in the radial reservated hole of tower body through upper and lower outrigger cylinder drive support by three strips of independent beam of every side. Three degree of freedom need it's synchronous error of speed less than 10mm.After piston rod of main lifting cylinder lift 5m, it's rod end must bearing 60kN radial force, to meet deformation of the working platform. Generally speaking, using synchronous circuit with normal designed can't meet the condition, but we can realizate the condition with proportional hydraulic valve ,proportional hydraulic cylinder and PLC control.
