Introduction of CHPSA    

Approved and registered legally by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of P.R. China, China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Association (CHPSA) is a national social organization legal personality which is charged and supervised by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

CHPSA, found in 1990, was voluntarily formed by the enterprises, research institutes, colleges and community workers which were engaged in the research, development and manufacture of hydraulics, hydro-dynamic, pneumatics and seals products. CHPSA, with more than 500 members currently, is a social economic organization with characters of industrial, national and non-profit. According to the constitution of CHPSA, four specialized branches (Sub-Association for Hydro-dynamics, Sub-Association for Pneumatics, Sub-Association for Rubber Seals and Sub-Association for Mechanical Seals & Packing Seals), a magazine of Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals and an experts committee (non-standing agency) are set up. Hydraulic specialty is directly managed by the association secretariat. The board of directors, executive agency of membership representative conference which is the top authority of CHPSA, operates the daily work when the membership representative conference is not in session and is responsible to the membership representative conference. The standing board of directors is elected by and belongs to the board of directors. The secretariat, standing agency of CHPSA, locates on No.46, Sanlihe Road, Beijing.
